We guide educational institutions through accreditation, quality assurance and research

We start with a documented diagnosis of where your institution actually stands, build the plan on what we find, and train an internal team to carry it on after we leave.

Who we are

Consulting that starts from your reality, not from a template

AL-MUSTASHAROON is a specialist advisory practice in educational, pedagogical, and research services. We work alongside universities, colleges, schools, and research centres through development, accreditation, and quality assurance, and provide researchers with methodological and statistical support on their own work.

What distinguishes the approach is that we do not arrive with a prepared solution. Every engagement opens with a documented diagnosis of the institution as it stands — its systems, its people, its data — and the plan is built on that. When what an institution asks for is not what it needs, we say so before the contract rather than after.

About

Who we serve

Four audiences, each with a different entry point

We do not work with universities alone. A school's starting point differs from a research centre's, and an individual researcher's differs from both.

Universities and colleges

Institutional and programmatic accreditation, establishing quality units, and reviewing curricula and learning outcomes.

Schools and educational bodies

Developing classroom practice, assessment systems, and continuing professional development for teaching staff.

Research centres and units

Study design, instrument construction and validation, statistical analysis, and reporting.

Individual researchers

Methodological and statistical support on their own work, journal selection, and handling reviewer feedback.

Service areas

Six areas we work in

Each service area stands on its own, and combines with the others when an engagement calls for it.

Research Services

Methodological support from study design through statistical analysis and reporting, for researchers and institutions.

Conferences & Academic Events

Why AL-MUSTASHAROON

Four commitments that govern how we work

Diagnosis before prescription

We do not arrive with a prepared answer. We start by reading your reality, then build the plan on what we find.

Capability transfer, not dependency

Every engagement aims at making itself unnecessary. We train an internal team that carries the work past the contract.

Recognised standards

We work to internationally recognised accreditation and quality frameworks, documenting each step to withstand review panels.

Genuine research grounding

Our team are practising academics. Recommendations rest on literature and method, not on opinion.

How we work

Four phases, in this order

  1. 01

    Diagnosis

We read the institution as it actually is: document review, staff interviews, and a gap analysis against the target standards.

  2. 02

    Roadmap

A phased plan with named owners, timelines, and measurable deliverables — not generic recommendations.

  3. 03

    Guided implementation

We work alongside your teams, not instead of them: workshops, templates, and review cycles until the practice holds internally.

  4. 04

    Recognition and continuity

Accreditation dossier preparation, support through the site visit, then handover to an internal team that can sustain it.

Start with a conversation, not a contract

A first conversation with no obligation, to understand where your institution stands and where it wants to go. If we can help we will say how; if we cannot, we will say that too.
